The Multisite Technical Director will serve in a full-time capacity as a technical support resource for all Christ Fellowship locations and venues.


Working Relationships 

The Multisite Technical Director will serve under the supervision of the Multisite Production Director. The Technical Director works alongside Location Production Directors to maintain, fix, and install production equipment.


  • Provide production tech support for all locations and venues. This includes being on-site on Sunday and on-call for students (Friday) and weekend (Saturday).

  • Oversee production equipment repair, maintenance, and install across all locations and venues (including kids and students). 

  • Design new production systems alongside the Multisite Production Director.

  • Assist in implementing CF standards in production across all locations.

  • Assist production staff and volunteers at all locations with equipment. Including regular technical training on existing equipment to volunteers and staff for various areas at all locations.

  • Assist in special projects as assigned by the Multisite Production Director. 

  • Be actively engaged in the life of the church by living out the mission and vision of CF.



  • Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-site technical production.

  • Comprehensive understanding of live production audio, video, and lighting systems design and operation.

  • Experience with digital audio systems (Allen & Heath GLD/DLive Series).

  • Proficiency in lighting and visual graphic software (Jands Vista, ProPresenter, etc.).

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Preferred: Experience in the Technical Director role at a multi-site church.
